Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Washmart Services Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including laundry, dry cleaning, home cleaning, sofa cleaning, and all related offerings. By accessing or using Washmart services via our website, mobile app, or stores, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should discontinue using our services.
1. Contractual Relationship
1.1 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Washmart Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Washmart”).
1.2 Washmart may update or modify these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app.
1.3 Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 No employee, franchisee, or associate may modify these Terms verbally or in writing without official approval from Washmart’s head office.
2. Privacy & Data Protection
Washmart is committed to safeguarding your privacy. All personal data (name, contact details, addresses, order history, etc.) will be used only for service fulfillment and improvement.
Data may be used for sending service updates, promotional offers, or feedback requests.
We never sell or rent customer information to third parties.
Data will only be disclosed if required by law, government authorities, or for fraud prevention.
Customers agree that their order and usage data may be anonymized and used for improving operations and training.
3. Payments & Billing
Customers must ensure timely payment for services. Orders will not be delivered until all charges are cleared.
Payments can be made through:
• Cash
• Debit/Credit Card
• UPI & Wallets
• Net Banking
• Prepaid Washmart Wallet (where available)All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Washmart reserves the right to revise its service prices without prior notice.
Any pending dues must be cleared before placing new orders. Washmart reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for repeated non-payment.
4. Order Bookings
Orders can be placed via:
• Washmart Mobile App
• Washmart Website
• In-store visits
• Customer Support HelplineOrders are accepted subject to the availability of resources, staff, and delivery slots.
Washmart reserves the right to decline or cancel orders if:
• The customer fails to provide complete or accurate details.
• The garments are unsuitable for processing (e.g., heavy damage, contamination).
• The order violates any applicable law.
5. Delivery Policy
Washmart provides pick-up and delivery services based on the customer’s chosen slot.
Standard turnaround times will be communicated during booking. These may vary depending on:
• Type of fabric
• Weather conditions
• Operational load
• Special treatments (e.g., stain removal, delicate handling)Same-day or Express Delivery (within 6–12 hours) may be available at an additional cost.
Customers must be available at the scheduled delivery time. If not, re-delivery charges may apply.
Washmart is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, transport strikes, or other force majeure events.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled unless explicitly agreed to by Washmart.
Refunds will only be provided in cases of:
• Failed service delivery due to Washmart’s fault.
• Duplicate transactions or overcharges.
• Service not provided within 7 working days (except in cases of force majeure).Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Customer dissatisfaction due to natural limitations (e.g., permanent stains).
• Damages caused due to poor garment quality or pre-existing defects.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Check all garments before handing them over (remove valuables like keys, money, cards, jewelry, etc.). Washmart will not be responsible for loss of such items.
Inform Washmart of special care requirements (e.g., silk, leather, delicate embroidery).
Provide an accurate pick-up/delivery address and be available at the scheduled slot.
Collect garments within 7 days of delivery notification (storage charges may apply after this period).
8. Garment Handling & Service Guarantee
Washmart uses advanced technology, premium detergents, and skilled professionals to ensure the best results. However, certain risks remain.
Washmart will not be responsible for:
• Weak fabrics, poor stitching, or pre-existing damage.
• Shrinkage, color bleeding, or fading due to fabric quality.
• Accessories such as buttons, zippers, or sequins that are not firmly attached.Washmart offers a Service Guarantee:
• If a garment is misplaced, compensation will not exceed 10 times the service charge of the garment.
• Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Eco-Friendly Commitment 🌱
Use of eco-friendly detergents and energy-efficient machines.
Water recycling at select facilities.
Encouragement of reusable laundry bags instead of plastic packaging.
Awareness campaigns to promote responsible consumption.
10. Use of Services
Services must be used only for lawful purposes.
Washmart reserves the right to suspend or deny service if:
• Customers misuse the service.
• Customers behave abusively towards staff.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
11. Intellectual Property
All Washmart branding, logos, software, website, and mobile app content remain the sole property of Washmart Services Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is strictly prohibited.
12. Franchise Disclaimer 🏢
Washmart operates on a franchise model. Each outlet is independently owned and operated by franchise partners.
All franchisees are bound by Washmart’s brand and service standards.
The corporate office is not liable for financial obligations or debts of individual franchisees.
Customers may escalate service issues to the corporate office if not resolved at the store level.
13. Limitation of Liability
Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or third-party issues.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any loss exceeding the compensation policy stated above.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
Terms & Conditions
- Urgent delivery of garments will be charged Extra*
- For Free Pick up & Delivery, laundry orders should be of 5 KG or more.
- Washmart reserves the rights to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.
- We put in our best efforts to ensure timely pick-up and delivery; however there might be incidents beyond our control or incidences of Force Majeure where we are unable to stick to the timelines. In such cases, customer cannot claim any compensation, refunds or any reduction in charges.
- Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
- Every effort is made to remove stains, but Washmart, will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains
- All articles are accepted at customers’ risk.
- Laundry deliveries will be made in 60 Hours.
- Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 10 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary or any natural causes etc.
- The tariff of garments will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garments. The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal.
- We will undertake the cleaning of the garments, in the best possible manner that our technicians deem fit. The various cleaning methods deployed by us will vary from Wash in Emulsifier, Detergent and Softeners, Soft wash for delicate garments, Technologies like Percloroethylene, Hydro Carbon.
- The Dry Cleaning garments will be delivered in 90 Hours.
- We are digitally active on all the social media platforms.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.
- We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
- Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city
- Washmart shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, damage, cuts, holes, scratches, stains etc. becoming apparent during the wash process due to defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration, wear & tear, and exposure to environment.
- We would be putting in our best efforts to remove any stains or unwanted marks on the clothes; however we cannot guarantee 100% removal of stains or marks. Customers will have no claim whatsoever or no rights to ask for deduction in processing charges on account of this.
